Includes the study of theories, tests for, and objectives of engineering and management ethics. Explores personal values. Measures personality profile and preferred communication style for each student. Includes management of stress, time, and career. Each student prepares career and personal development plans. Managerial writing and communication skills are developed through weekly projects including report and proposal preparation, internal correspondence concerning praise and reprimand, and organizational policy preparation.
