PUAD 605: Managing Nonprofit Relationships (3 ) H
This course considers the set of relationships that nonprofit leaders must balance within the organization and beyond organizational boundaries. Both internal relationships (with staff, volunteers, and board members) and external relationships (with stakeholders, other organizations, and the community at large) are critical to mission accomplishment. This course provides students with the resources necessary to understand the challenges and opportunities related to building and sustaining these vital relationships. Prerequisite: PUAD 603. LEC
