GEOL 532: Stratigraphy (4 ) N
A study of the principles of lithostratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and sequence stratigraphy. Methods of analysis of stratiographic data focus on the interpretation of earth history. The stratiographic record of North America is presented for evaluation of its geologic history. Three lectures and one laboratory per week. Required field trip.
